Celebrate Fitness and Football at the 2023 Garnet & Gold 4 Miler on April 16, 2023.

The 2023 Garnet & Gold 4 Miler will feature a scenic 4-mile tour of the Florida State University campus and then Finish On The 50 inside Doak Campbell Stadium!

All runners and walkers receive an official Seminoles-inspired Event Shirt, Personailzed Race Bib & Finisher's Medal!

If you can't make it to Tallahassee during Spring Game weekend you can join us for the Virtual Garnet & Gold 4 Miler! Participants run or walk four miles anywhere (outdoors or on a treadmill) and anytime. Participants will receive a Goodie Bag that includes Seminoles-themed Event Shirt, Finisher's Medal and Race Bib!

The 2023 Garnet & Gold 4 Miler will be held on the Sunday, April 16, the day after the 2023 Garnet & Gold Spring Game!
