Register for 2021 Run For 9-1-1
“Run for 9-1-1” is an annual charity 5K run / walk to benefit #ThankYou911, an initiative of NENA, the National Emergency Number Association.
#ThankYou911 encourages public support and recognition of 9-1-1 professionals, the unsung heroes of public safety, by generating essential funds to provide scholarships, continuing education opportunities, and wellness programs for 9-1-1 professionals across the United States.
This year's Run for 9-1-1 will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 24 in downtown Columbus. A Virtual option is also available for those who cannot make it to Columbus on July 24!
The number of participants will be limited due to COVID-19 protocols. If conditions related to the pandemic improve, additional spots may be made available. If the 2021 Run For 9-1-1 cannot be held in-person due to the Coranavirus pandemic, all in-person participants will be transferred to a virtual experience or have the option to defer their entry to the 2022 race.
